The theme for our March Story Slam is "Communication Breakdown!" We've all experienced a communication breakdown in some way, but what does this look like? A story might be about "whisper down the lane," or how technology misinterpreted the true meaning of what was intended. Perhaps you said one thing but meant something else. Cultural differences can lead to confusion, age and experience can lead to misinterpretation. How we communicate is very subjective, from the strength of our voice, the power of our pen, the wink in our eye. Come tell your story - or just listen to others!
Parties of eight or more are encouraged to make a reservation - and be sure to tell the folks at Victory Brewing you are attending the Story Slam. The show is on Tuesday, March 13th at 8pm and it's best to eat dinner beforehand.
