We heard excellent stories about "Panic Switch" at the October Slam, and first-time storyteller Dan Putkowski walked away with the win! Dan told a story about a confrontation he once had in a Cozumel bar. We also heard stories about fire-eating, rock-climbing, giving birth, tippy-tap class, an awkward possible kiss, and more.
After listening to the fun stories of the night, West Chester Story Slam Founder Jim Breslin dug through a bowl full of suggested themes for November's Grand Slam and pulled out one. Our theme for the Grand Slam is: (drum roll please!)
GLORIOUS DAY!
The Grand Slam is scheduled for Tuesday, November 13th at 8pm. The winners from each slam will have the opportunity to compete for the title of Best Storyteller of West Chester!"
