Congratulations to Leila on winning the July Story Slam! She told a great story about participating in a medical study to earn money during her college years. We heard some eclectic energetic stories on the theme "Broke" tonight from several returnees and newcomers! We also heard a sneak preview of Phil Kasitz' story that he'll be presenting this Sunday in Chicago at the Windy City Story Slam's National Competition. We wish Phil good luck telling his story this weekend and thank him for making the trip to represent West Chester Story Slam!
